The website administration reserves the right to change any information on the website at any time, whether regarding the product or other information. Noor Al-Huda guarantees the accuracy of the mentioned gold carat and its compliance with the approved specifications in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All products are priced in US dollars. Important: The weight of the product mentioned on the website may vary by up to 10% for each product, and the weight includes stones such as zircon if present in the product. The price of the product consists of the gold price + manufacturing and design fees + gemstones.
Return Policy
As is customary in the gold market, no order will be accepted for return unless there is a reason related to a manufacturing error. The reason for the return must be clearly stated and communicated to us through the specified website within a maximum period of 7 days. The return process will not be carried out if it is determined that there has been misuse or damage to the product. All shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable. Jewelry Shipping
The manufacturing and shipping time for the product is estimated to be from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the quantity and availability of the product. Any order will be shipped through approved shipping companies. When shipping any order, we will send the tracking number to the buyer for electronic tracking. We will not be responsible for any loss of shipment resulting from the customer registering an incorrect or unwanted address for gift delivery, for example. We can ship orders to all parts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
